The Biggest Grand Diwali invites everyone to the community Dallas Festival of Lights at the historic Southfork Ranch just minutes from Plano Frisco Allen Fairview McKinney Sunday, October 13, 2024! Diwali, or Dipawali, is India's biggest and most important holiday of the year.
The Dallas Festival of Lights - Diwali Mela is a much-awaited event that attracts thousands of attendees from the South East Asian diaspora and the mainstream community. It is a joyous occasion, commemorating the triumph of light over darkness and symbolizing unity, cultural diversity, and the spirit of togetherness.

Led by Congresswoman Carolyn B Maloney from New York, a bill has been introduced in the House of Representatives to declare Diwali, the festival of lights, a federal holiday. Today we see many countries across the world recognizing and embracing the holiday known as the “Festival of Lights.”
Our recording breaking festival at the iconic South Fork Ranch featured on WFAA, FOX NEWS and Dallas Morning News. The celebration includes fireworks, cultural performances, dance and music performances, cultural food market and vendor market.
